Food Vendor Business: $100 or 10% of sales;
Not-for-profit: gratis, donations are deeply appreciated;
Microbusiness: please consider a 10% of sales as a donation to the Troost Festival.
• Please bring your own setup of table/chairs (tents are allowed). If you are unable to provide your own table/chairs there is a $10 fee (our costs) for one table and 2 chairs.
• We are unable to provide electrical power. Food trucks and those with generators are asked to set up at the Linwood end of the block to avoid noise conflict with the stage.
• Table fees are due at the time of registration. The fee payments and donations can be made online or by check made out to Troost Village Community Association, with notation for 14th Annual Festival and mailed to TVCA, Attn: Renea, 123 W Armour Blvd, KCMO 64111.
• Street closed to through traffic at 6 am, food vendors must be set up by 10 am for KCMO Health Department inspection, Festival begins at 11 am. All health and business permits are the vendor’s responsibilities. First come, first come at set up location **WITH THESE EXCEPTIONS** SEE HERE FOR VENDOR/EXHIBITOR DETAILS for spaces that are reserved for festival use.
